Who we are

AP Jewellers("we", "us") operates this website and the live rates dashboard at https://rates.apjewellers.org. This page describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account info: if you sign up for the rates app, your phone number or email, name, firm name (optional), city, state, and address (optional) for invoicing.
• Watchlist: the symbols you save so we can show them on your devices.
• Push tokens: if you allow notifications on the mobile app, the device-issued token. We never see the contents of notifications you receive.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, time, path) kept briefly for debugging and abuse prevention.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not place advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not share your phone, email, or address externally.

Sub-processors we rely on

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Expo Push / Apple / Google — delivery of push notifications, if enabled.
• Fast2SMS — sending OTP messages to Indian phone numbers.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@apjewellers.org from the address associated with your account.
